Working alongside Better Delivery (formally BD Solutions) we reviewed a traditionally procured development on the Kings Road by Wates. Due to the location of the site, there were numerous constraints and planning restrictions meaning a traditional method of building became unfeasible. Wates approached us to review the design and propose alternative design and delivery solutions to the work already undertaken by the existing design team employed by the client. We proposed several solutions from reducing the number of variations of building elements through to recommending specific suppliers to help reduce overall prelims. The process included workshops and concluded with a report and follow up advice.
