Perpendicular Consultancy were commissioned with Better Delivery to advise Darlington District Council of potential mmc housing solutions for council owned land throughout Darlington. We researched the feasibility of different mmc approaches suggesting potential solutions.

From establishing a Sustainability, Social & MMC Strategy we have developed a Kit-of-Parts housing solution using locally sourced biogenic materials that allow us to go beyond Net Carbon Zero and build Passivhaus Plus homes which are affordable for all.
