A mixed use Build-to-Rent residential development which will rejuvenate the local area. With a proposed community cafe on the ground floor, all apartments will have access to a community roof top terrace and be dual aspect.

In 2023 we won a design competition to ‘Reimagine a Future Built Environment with UK Timber’. Working alongside The Positive Collective, NMITE and EcoSystem Technologies. Can the UK feasibly build a house from a single local grown tree?

A Build to Rent (BtR) scheme for Romford, East London of 60 apartments, which prioritises community cohesion through shared balconies and terraces. The sites is on the periphery of Romford Town Centre and provides 100% dual aspect apartments.

Perpendicular Consultancy were commissioned with Better Delivery to advise Darlington District Council of potential mmc housing solutions for council owned land throughout Darlington. We researched the feasibility of different mmc approaches suggesting potential solutions.

Perpendicular Consultancy entered a proposal for multiple infill sites in Cambridge using biogenic materials and building design to reach Passivhaus Plus standards. The council commented on the excellent design solution proposed.

Design consultancy to be ‘Design Guardians’ for Alconbury Secondary School, Cambridgeshire. Our continued contribution resulted in Morgan Sindall winning the bid to design and build a new campus which will form the heart of the new masterplan.
