Cambridge City Small Sites

Working alongside The Positive Collective, Bradley Murphy Design and Barton Willmore (now part of Stantec) planning consultants, we entered a competition to design a number of infill sites owned by Cambridge City Council (CCC). Our design proposal was to create pocket biodiversity ‘explosions’ with all homes achieving Passivhaus standards which was a requirement of the tender.

In the competition we went one step further and thoroughly researched the site ensuring our design proposal was exemplary and benefited the existing local community. CCC commented on the exceptional design proposal.
