Chadwell Heath

Perpendicular Architecture have been commissioned to design a mixed use residential scheme for a prominent site in Chadwell Heath. Engagement is currently underway with Barking & Dagenham delivery and planning body, BeFirst. The design for up to 45 apartments includes a community based centre at the ground floor and will greatly enhance both the neighbouring context it sits within while providing much needed and high-quality apartments to Chadwell Heath.
