Oldchurch Road

Our Oldchurch Road project continues to have positive engagement with the local planning authority and other stakeholders. A mixed use Build-to-Rent residential project for up to 60 homes, the site is located on the edge of Romford Town Centre and is in an area seeing intensive residential development. The proposal includes extensive residential amenity space which will help bring the residents together through a ‘plot-to-plate’ landscaped approach. Community productive gardens are located on roof tops adjacent to places for residents to meet and eat.
